Our clients asked for it, and here it is! Mocapay recently launched an updated homepage to our Marketing Portal and a brand new Merchant Dashboard. Our Dashboard is the place Merchants go to get the data they need to measure the success of their mobile programs.
On the Dashboard Merchants find information such as the size of their marketing list, current statistics on Opt-in’s and Opt-out’s and much more information to help Merchants understand how Mocapay has helped their business.
The Dashboard also includes data about SMS Messaging (text messaging) for the Merchant. This is one of out new features! Mocapay provides the ability to create two-way communication between the Merchant and their customers. We do this by allowing the Merchants to build their own promotions and in-bound/out-bound SMS Messages right from the Marketing Portal. Now the Merchant can see how many customers they are reaching with each message, and how many customers are reaching back as a whole is one simple place at the top of their Dashboard!
Another great feature of the Marketing Portal Dashboard is our campaign and promotion summaries. All active promotions and recent campaigns can be seen directly from the Dashboard. If the Merchant would like more detail, they are a link away from reports providing additional detail and program results.
One of the most anticipated features is the Keyword Success Tracking. Each time a merchant creates a new promotion, it is linked to a Keyword. The Dashboard provides a snapshot of all Keywords ever used, how many times each Keyword has been used, and how many unique customers have participated in each Keyword promotion. All this information may also be downloaded for further analysis or uploaded into other CRM databases.
Our Merchants are excited to have this helpful information at their fingertips. They have all been able to provide feedback on what they need and want for their programs, and we are listening!
